We'll see tomorrow which side wins the day in terms of controlling City Hall for the next four years -- the RecallCdA (now ReclaimCdA) crowd or the Decline to Sign (Balance North Idaho) crowd. The Recall effort failed last spring. Three of four council members, including Mayor Sandi Bloem, who participated in the vote to make over McEuen Field decided not to run for re-election. Will McEuen Field of the past be the deciding issue. Or will the McEuen Field and the Education Corridor of the future fuel optimism among voters? Jerome A. Pollos/Coeur d'Alene Press snapped this photo in spring 2012 when the RecallCdAers launched their failed recall try. Jennifer Drake, right, and Michael Sheneman were holding opposing signs with opposite views on the recall attempt.
