The printouts from the Kootenai County Clerk's Office incorrectly show that all 82 precincts (from throughout the county) have been counted already. I'm guessing that the absentee ballots and a couple of precincts have been counted. In every instance in past tabulations, the printout showed how many precincts had been counted. I have no idea how many precincts have been counted. However, the early voting is giving a strong indication that the Widmyer ticket is winning strongly in Coeur d'Alene.
