Larkin Retirement Party Jan. 9

On her Facebook wall, Alison Larkin McArthur, unveils retirement party plans for her father, Post Falls Mayor Clay Larkin: “Everyone has been asking about a Retirement Party for Mayor Clay Larkin-
The date is January 9th, 2014 from 5 pm to 7 pm at the Post Falls Senior Center with refreshments being served and a NO Host Bar available - at 6 pm there will be time set aside for presentations if you wish to be a part of this please let me know as I am working on the programming of the evening. This is a Open House so everyone is invited and we are celebrating Clay's 18 years with the City of Post Falls. Now Clay will be able to go Fishing!

DFO: Kootenai County has been blessed to have the wise local governance of Clay Larkin in Post Falls and Sandi Bloem in Coeur d'Alene for the past dozen years or so. I'm optimistic that the individuals who are coming after them will be able to fill the big shoes the two mayors will leave behind. Thoughts?
