FARK.com Spotlights Rep. Patterson

You know it's not your day when you land on FARK.com, as state Rep. Mark Patterson, R-Boise, has. FARK introduces Patterson to its large, national audience this way:

Idaho Republical lied about rape charge on his gun permit application. Then says he has amnesia and doesn't remember the rape. Then says cops lied. Then says victim lied. Also, claims to be victim of political hit. Anything else ...? You can see the FARK.com post here.

DFO: Has Patterson made any of the late-night show monologues yet?

Question: Shouldn't we have some sort of award for the Idaho elected oafishul who attracts the most unwanted attention for Idaho in a given year, such as the Larry Craig Wide Stance Award. Is there someone more deserving than Rep. Patterson this year?
