Tuesday Poll: A plurality of Hucks Nation feels that the city of Coeur d'Alene should look regionally to fill the vacant position of police chief. 48 of 145 respondents (33.1%) took that position. Meanwhile, 40 of 145 (27.59%) say the search should be conducted within the department; 39 of 145 (26.95) support a national search; and 18 of 145 (12.41%) back a countywide search.
