In The Slice blog, Paul Turner wonders what precautions readers take to ensure that their travel bags get to the place there's suppose to be going. Reader Mina Mittelstaedt of Reardan responded:“My husband puts a big duct tape cross on the side.” She said it serves a double purpose.“If we need to patch anything we can peel it off and use it, and it is great identification. We buy cheap suitcases so don't mind the mark the tape leaves. Also, it looks tacky and we've never had anything stolen.”
