Jennifer Locke reports: "Breaking news... The (Kootenai County) Planning Commission voted this afternoon to can Kendig Keast and also voted 4 to 1 to can the ULUC. Yes!!!!!!!  Very exciting.  Hopefully the County Commissioners will do the right thing now and take a look at reworking and fixing the parts that need to be address in our current code."
