‘Your Invited’ Or Not

Former Boise School District Trustee Bev Harad posted to Facebook on Thursday a copy of an invitation to a Sept. 17 fundraiser for Lt. Gov. Brad Little that dropped the apostrophe and an ‘e,’ saying, “Your Invited.” Harad, who was on the school board for 18 years, commented, “THIS IS WHY WE NEED BETTER SCHOOLS IN IDAHO!” prompting 27 likes and 17 comments as of noon Friday. Boise Weekly’s Andrew Crisp joined in the fun @andrewcrisp on Twitter, quipping, “My invited” what?! I’m on pins and needles!”/Dan Popkey, Idaho Statesman. More here.

Question: Are you a stickler for properly place apostrophes?
