Labrador, Crane Back ‘Boss’ Denney

Rep. Lawerence Denney has won the support of two tea party favorites, GOP Congressman Raul Labrador and Idaho Treasurer Ron Crane in his bid for Idaho secretary of state. Labrador and Crane will appear at a Statehouse news conference to announce their support at noon Tuesday. The media advisory came Friday afternoon, as Ada County Chief Deputy Clerk Phil McGrane added former Controller Donna Jones to last week’s high-profile endorsements from outgoing Secretary of State Ben Ysursa and former Gov. Phil Batt. House Majority Leader Mike Moyle and a number of legislators also are supporting Denney, according to a news release from the Denney campaign/Dan Popkey, Idaho Statesman. More here.
