Huckleberries Online

Sightem

I was driving home last night, battered and bruised by after another trying day at the helm of the U.S.S. Huckleberry, when I noticed at odd sight at the southeast corner of 3rd Street & Locust Avenue (in front of the vacant Oil Can Henry's). Four political yard signs were posted in the strip of grass between the sidewalk and the street -- two each for state Rep. Luke Malek, R-Coeur d'Alene, and for his challenger, Toby Schindelbeck. First thought? Which came first -- the Schindelbeck or the Malek. Second thought? Did either side get permission to put the signs on the busy corner. Final thought? Don't the signs sort of cancel each other out?

Question: How would you vote if you didn't know much about either side?
