It looks like Toby Schindelbeck, the California transplant who is challenging state Rep. Luke Malek, R-Coeur d'Alene, in a House District 4 race, is banking on widespread discontent with the state health exchange to win his GOPrimary race. But I have to wonder if legislative approval of the health exchange is as big of a deal as the Tea-publicans would like you to believe? This was waiting for me in the mailbox last night.
