Florine: Let’s Start Online History Club

FlorineD (RE: No Kootenai in Kootenai County): Arpie, can I take your class? And might ShoCon be an occasional guest? Most history classes (and since history was one of my majors, I can speak to this) are infernally boring; history is about the stories, not the dates. So, Arpie and ShoCon (and others,) can this lead to a new kind of blog sidebar? Instead of a book club, how could we do an online, interactive, somewhat focused and guided, and gently moderated Idaho history class?

Question: I had a superb history instructor as a high school junior. However, I agree with Florine that most history classes are boring with a capital B. It has been awhile since I cracked an Idaho history book. How about you?
