Hereford: Saved By Fam Intervention

Hereford (RE: Blogger: My fight with depression): I suffered from several months of intense depression a couple of years ago. It manifest in intense feelings of worthlessness and thoughts of suicide. Fortunately my family intervened and got me the care I needed and I'm alive today because of them. That state of intense depression was the scariest thing I've ever endured. Don't buy it when a chronically depressed person tells you they're okay and they will get over it. Get that person help. It's a matter of life and death.
