Before his death at age 63 on Monday, Robin Williams had been battling the early stages of Parkinson's disease, his wife has revealed in a new statement. Although the actor had been candid about his battles with addiction and depression through the years, at the time of his suicide, "Robin's sobriety was intact," his widow, Susan Schneider, said. "He was brave as he struggled with his own battles of depression, anxiety as well as early stages of Parkinson's disease, which he was not yet ready to share publicly."
