PM Scanner Traffic — 8.28.14

On 8/22/14 at approximately 03:12 hrs, an unknown person took a Schwinn bicycle from the bike rack in front of the library. Security cameras caught the suspect as he cut the lock from the bike and proceeded to leave the premises. If you recognize the subject in these photos please contact Det.   • 5:36 p.m. 2 females occupy disabled, black Cadillac DeVille @ H95/MP 430, across from Kootenai Health.
  • 5:29 p.m. A black Angus is standing along H97/MP 64 (Bell Canyon Road/Harrison).
  • 5:04 p.m. ISP officer en route to help 2 motorist w/disabled vehicles, east of CdA, @ e/b MP 16 & MP 18.
  • 4:48 p.m. Pedestrians walking along narrow part of w/b I-90/MP 24 (west edge of 4th of July), creating hazard.
  • 4:36 p.m. Older male driving down center of freeway before exiting @ H41/Post Falls.
  • 4:30 p.m. Post Falls Police Department activities report for Aug. 27-28 here.
  • 4:25 p.m. Kootenai County Sheriff's Office property crimes report for Aug. 27-28 here.
  • 4:10 p.m. Undisclosed medical emergency @ 7400 block of Pine Street/Rathdrum.
  • 3:52 p.m. Motorcyclist injured & down after crashing w/vehicle in front of Hayden Walgreens/Honeysuckle.
  • 3:36 p.m. Female w/o shoes & companion, walking dog, harassed store employee on 3rd Avenue/Post Falls.
  • 3:34 p.m. Father named David can't find 7YO son in orange shirt in Coeur d'Alene Resort Boardwalk area.
  • 2:58 p.m. Caller from Dakota Avenue/Maple, Hayden, reports containing undisclosed animal.
  • 2:39 p.m. Caller reports possible stalking @ 5700 block of Harcourt Drive/CdA.
  • 2:36 p.m. Garage alarm sounding in home @ Lookout/Hayden View, Hayden Lake.
  • 2:03 p.m. Caller suspicious after male picks up female near Post Falls High & drops her off @ 19th/Spokane Street.
  • 1:48 p.m. Ellen wants to see KCSDeputy re: possibility her computer was hacked.
  • 1:31 p.m. Resident @ 7200 block of Manchester/Rathdrum reports male sleeping on front lawn.
  • 1:22 p.m. A 6YO boy w/green mohawk on a green bike & 4YO boy in red shorts & tank top have been missing from 1st/Menser Avenue, Athol, for last 30 minutes (reportedly last seen in city park).
