Coeur d'Alene Today's announcement: "Congratulations to Mark Dotson and Bryan Varney, winners of the city’s photo contest. Mark won the People's Choice award for his picture (above) of a sunset taken from the balcony of his residence on the sixth floor of The Lofts downtown. The other winner’s photo, taken by Bryan Varney, was selected by employees at City Hall. It is of the Allium Spring Chorus public art at McEuen Park." More here.
