I've asked Mayor Steve and Bent for the menu that they're preparing for Blogfest 2014. If it's anything like past meals, I'm guessing Bent's terrific pulled pork, macaroni, beans, cole slaw, etc. The Spokesman-Review rents the Fort Ground Grill venue and picks up the tab for the meal, which includes all the soft drinks you can consume. But you have to buy your own beer or wine. The annual event will take place from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 15. Unfortunately, the Bard of Sherman Avenue will not be making an appearance at this year's blogfest. But s/he has promised to be there for Blogfest 2015. I hope I will be, too.
