Most Coeur d’Alene Resort bars and restaurants will be closed Friday through Tuesday due to an Idaho liquor law violation. The five-day suspension of the resort’s liquor license stems from an Idaho State Police compliance operation last April. A bartender at Splash, a resort sports bar at Sherman Avenue and Second Street, served a minor working with the ISP’s Alcohol Beverage Control unit. The suspension applies to resort venues that serve alcohol, including Beverly’s Restaurant, Whispers Lounge, Dockside Restaurant, Tito’s Italian Grill& Sushi Bar, and the convention center. The Dockside will remain open but will not serve alcohol during the suspension.
