Poll: All Of The Above To Blame

  • Weekend Poll: A combination of factors are to blame for Idaho's current distinction of having the worst wages in the country, including GOP supermajority control, the state's Right to Work Act, and the state's $7.25 minimum wage. 67 of 275 respondents (24.36%) blamed "all of the above" for Idaho's deplorable wage standing. 66 of 275 (24%) narrowed the blame down to "supermajority GOP rule." 51 of 275 (18.55%) blamed the Right to Work Act. 30 of 275 (10.91%) blamed "trickle-down economics," and 26 of 275 (9.45%) blamed the $7.25 per hour minimum wage. However, 35 of 275 (12.73%) selected the option, "none of the above."
  • Today's Poll: Which Kootenai County legislator is most likely to make an embarrassing statement or introduce an embarrassing bill? (The 9 are listed and you can vote for more than one)
