I'm always looking for ways to kickstart my exercise routine in January, so I signed up for a weekly water Zumba class. It takes the fun and challenge of Zumba and adds the weight resistance of water. Last night was the first class. Guess what? It's pretty hard to make your feet do quick Zumba moves under water!
Still I was barely winded at the end of the one hour class. But by the time I dressed and got in my car my legs felt like jelly.. Maybe this is a better workout than I thought because this morning my body hurts in places I wasn't even aware I was moving last night.
Doesn't seem to have affected my typing fingers though.
