The snow is flying and frigid temperatures have gripped the area, but work progresses on the McEuen Park project in downtown Coeur d’Alene. During the weekly McEuen Park update on Wednesday, officials said electrical and carpentry work is proceeding and crews are also making progress on elevator shafts and stairways that will lift people from the sub-level parking structure to Front Avenue above. “You may not see it, but there is a lot of interior building going on,” said project engineer Phil Boyd of Welch Comer Engineers.
