NIC Board Debates Guns On Campus

Last night, the North Idaho College Board of Trustees voted 4-1 to oppose a legislative proposal to allow guns on campus under certain circumstances. Trustee Todd Banducci was the only one to dissent from the majority vote. Here's the video to that meeting. (Banducci speaks at 11:30, 14:15, and 25:47. Banducci's main speech re: "liberal mind" begins at 24:47)
