Transient Arrested At Super 1

A transient, originally from Wisconsin, was arrested Saturday after he would not leave Super 1 Foods. John Stieg had already been trespassed from the location once in June and, according to a Kootenai County Sheriff's Office report, was inside the store Saturday, "yelling at customers and causing a scene." When a deputy contacted Stieg, who was being detained by store management, the man told the officer that he remembered being trespassed earlier in the month. According to the report, a store manager told officers Stieg arrived around 10:30 a.m. and was immediately told to leave because of the previous incident. "At that time, Stieg stated he was buying chicken and that he would leave and never come back," the report states/Coeur d'Alene Press. More here.

Question: Do you think Coeur d'Alene has a problem with transients?
