CPD Seeks Jitterz Coffee Hut Robber

Coeur d'Alene Police Detectives are investigating a robbery of The Jitterz coffee stand in the 2800 block of Government Way on Friday between 5:55 p.m. and 6 p.m. The suspect is described as a white male, early 20s, 5-Foot-8 to 5-foot-9, very skinny build, white T-shirt and blue jean shorts. The suspect male entered the coffee stand through the entrance/exit door. Once inside the coffee stand the suspect male ordered the two female employees to the ground and stated "this is a robbery, I have a gun." No weapon was displayed as the suspect had a black shirt over his right hand and was pointing it toward the female employees. The suspect attempted to open the cash register, but was unsuccessful.
