Poll: CPD Should Apologize

  • Weekend Poll: A slim plurality of Hucks Nation says the Coeur d'Alene Police Department should apologize to the owner of a pet black labrador, named Arfee, who was shot inside a van by a police officer last week. 89 of 393 respondents (22.65%) said the department should apologize to Arfee's owner. 86 of 393 (21.88%) said the officer involved in the shooting should be suspended. 81 of 393 (20.61%) want an external investigation of the shooting. 71 of 393 (18.07%) want a citizen panel review of the shooting. 61 of 393 (15.52%) said they're willing to wait for the results of an internal department investigation before taking a stand. 5 of 393 (1.27%) were undecided.
