Body Found Near NIC

The body of an unidentified man was found on the shore of Lake Coeur d’Alene near the boat dock at North Idaho College just before 6 a.m. today. The man was found by an NIC employee who was there to clean the restrooms on the beach, according to Lt. Stu Miller of the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office. Rosenberry Drive was closed for several hours while the body is recovered but is now open. How long the man has been in the water and the cause of death are unknown, Miller said/Nina Culver, SR.
