  • 12:25 p.m. Kootenai Fire has towed 2014 Chevy Cruze from underwater to nearby launch for towing @ H97/Gotham Bay Road. Douglas Williams, 26, of Scottsdale, Ariz., was s/b on H97 at 11:14 a.m. when he left the road, crashing into Lake Coeur d'Alene. He was able to swim to safety. He was transported to Kootenai Health.
