Dirt bike hero

Flynn, an audiologist at Affordable Hearing in Coeur d'Alene, told The Press Thursday that she doesn't usually take her dirt bike to work with her. However on Wednesday she brought the bike, locked with a chain to her truck, to work in order to take it to Spokane for repairs after her shift ended.

Concerned about having the bike visible in the parking lot at her Third Street office, Flynn said she made sure to park her truck where she could periodically check on it throughout the day.

“The minute my last patient left around 2:30 in the afternoon, I sat down and started typing,” Flynn said. “Five minutes later my insurance agent, who my dirt bike is insured with, pops his head in the door and goes, 'I think someone is taking your motorcycle, grab your phone and call 911.'”  Read more.
