A letter published Wednesday in the Coeur d'Alene Press could at best be described as badly failed satire. It explains the efforts made to "obstruct ebony Americans" from their right to vote and says the country has issued "Stand Your Ground hunting permits" for black Americans. It then goes into sickening detail about what further atrocities could be committed to repress the rights of African-Americans.Complete letter here.
What are your thoughts about newspapers printing letters like this? Considering our rights to free speech in this country, where should media outlets draw the line?
