The B-17 Flying Fortress "Sentimental Journey" is one of approximately 50 known in existence out of the 12,731 built. A similar plane, the "Nine O Nine," will be on display at the Coeur d'Alene airport next week. Visitors are invited to the Coeur d'Alene Airport, Pappy Boyington Field, Monday through Wednesday to tour or fly one of the three most iconic aircraft from World War II.
