Bomb Threat Is A Prank

Individuals in Kootenai County have received a text message essentially talking about having a “BOMB” strapped to themselves. The number the message is received from is (541) 241-9607. The telephone number comes back to a West Richland, Washington address. Richland Police Department has received over “400” calls and advises the above text has been sent to multiple individuals.  Richland Police advises there is no reason for concern, the text message is some sort of prank/Kootenai County Sheriff's Department.
