‘Boring’ Sports & Their Excited Fans

I used to make fun of soccer, as a game with a whole lot of running around for a 0-0 outcome. But I'm beginning to understand what the excitement is all about, as a result of the USA-Portugal 2-2 tie. Being a full-blooded Portuguese and American helps. I'm still bored by NASCAR, golf and bowling. But I've tried not to express my lack of interest by dissing followers of those sports. To each his own. I love baseball. I grew up playing Little League through early college baseball and then softball until I was 50. I realize, however, that many consider baseball/softball to be dullsville. OTOH, I'm bothered by fans of these various sports who don't tolerate those who aren't interested in them. They take the elitist attitude that only the unwashed fail to understand their favorite sport. Mebbe it's simply time to enjoy the differences we have that is expressed in various sports interests.

Question: What sport do you consider to be the most boring of all?
