Parting Shot — 6.30.14

On his Facebook page, Robin Loznak of Kellogg, Ore., posts this photo, which he dubs: “Colorful caterpillars.” Posts Robin: “What could be better than a jar full of cinnabar caterpillars? They feed on toxic ragwort plants and absorb the toxins into their bodies. Their colorful pattern warns predators to stay away.You can see more of Robin's wonderful photography here.
