  • 10:59 a.m. Driver of black Silverado, w/blacked-out taillights, slammed on brakes in front of cars @ w/b I-90/Huetter.
  • 10:44 a.m. Female resident wants to see CPD officer re: problem w/burglaries in Spruce Avenue neighborhood.
