Wild Card/Tuesday — 5.6.14

Most of us will be going to the polls two weeks from today, to decide the winners and losers in the primary elections. It has been fun this spring. But not as much fun as the Coeur d'Alene School Board and Coeur d'Alene City Council elections of last year. Or the recall attempt of 2012. Those were riveting times. I've gotten so accustomed to so-so to below-average representation from most Kootenai County legislators and commissioners that I can't get too excited about the primaries. But I'm still interested in them. Of course. Here's your replayed Wild Card …
