Cat Loses Out To Family Turtle

SCRAPS shelter bulletin: "Garfield is a neutered male orange tabby cat with beautiful eyes and a wonderful personality. He is declawed and almost 2 years old, and available for adoption at the Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service shelter. He was surrendered by his owner because he did not get along with the family’s new turtle."

Cindy: "SERIOUSLY?? Who gets rid of a CAT and keeps a TURTLE? I'm gonna have to take a break from the Internets for awhile."

Question: Can you imagine the psychological issues this cat has, getting evicted as a result of a turtle? Seriously? Thoughts?
