MikeK: An American & An Idahoan

MikeK: The bat signal went up and I am called to defend my honor!! Politically speaking here's where my loyalties lie (in order): 1. American, 2. Idahoan (adopted, but more than half my life), 3. Sane local leadership advocate, 4. Party affiliation. Since the Flat Earth Sector of the GOP has tried to take my vote away (which is un-American, see priority 1) I'll be damned if I'll let them or anyone else do that. But I have always been able to align all four of those things pretty well when I vote. Not many people focus on the fact that if you register as a Republican, you can still change your mind and vote in the Democratic primary if you want to on election day because the Idaho Democratic Party has kept their primaries open. I've always preferred to keep my options open in all facets until I need to make a decision, then make the best one possible. If that makes lummoxes like Larry Spencer or his ilk crazy, then that's just a side benefit.

Question: Are your priorities similar to MikeK's (see above)?
