Crews on Wednesday began erecting the giant artwork that will greet visitors at the main entrance to McEuen Park at Fourth Street. “Under the Rainbow” will stand about 40 feet high. It will be illuminated with colorful cables, giving it the illusion of a rainbow. The colors can be changed for different seasons or events.
