  • 12:07 a.m. ISP officer reports suspicious package (12:04 item) is a paper grocery bag that has a cell phone & remote with blinking lights. Someone also left a handwritten note on ISP counter.
  • 12:04 a.m. Suspicious package left at ISP headquarters, Wilbur/Mineral, CdA.
