Idaho needs a governor who is willing to fix the school funding problems former Gov. Jim Risch created in 2006, gubernatorial candidate A.J. Balukoff said Tuesday. Question: The tax shift for school maintenance and operations hurt Idaho schools. But I doubt that Idahoans would support switching back to property taxes for school M&O funding. Thoughts?
