Man Faces 34 Felonies For FB Posts

A man facing 34 felony counts for violating an order of protection is wanted by Missoula law enforcement after allegedly contacting his victim repeatedly on Facebook last week. According to prosecutors, Joshua James Allen didn’t have a romantic relationship with the victim, but initially began contacting her with incessant Facebook messages in May. The woman requested and was granted an order of protection, which prohibited Allen from contacting her for an entire year. Prosecutors say Allen began contacting the woman again on Sept. 9, with dozens of messages on Facebook, several phone calls and a series of text messages. After receiving several bizarre messages from the man that night, the victim contacted law enforcement to say the messaging had started again, and this time Allen allegedly referenced suicide and guns/Missoulian. Question: Have you ever been threatened on the social media?
