Do Not Pass Go

From Post Falls Police Dept Night Shift: Officers were dispatched to the area for a male on the sidewalk in front of (Bob's 21 Club). Officers located the male sleeping half on the sidewalk and half in the road. After he was awakened the male became belligerent with LE. The male was asked to walk home and stay out of the roadway. As officers were leaving the male wandered into the middle of Seltice Way, kicking a bottle. Officers re-contacted the male and escorted him back to the sidewalk at which point he became non-compliant and pulled away from the officers. Once back on the sidewalk the male threw his pack of cigarettes at officers and officers attempted to place him into handcuffs. The male continued to resist and tried to kick them as well. He was taken to PSB and booked.

Question: Have you encountered a belligerent drunk in public recently?
