Hump Day Wild Card — 4.1.15

As The Bard of Sherman Avenue tells us this morning, there should be months dedicated to April Fool's Day, not just a single day. I'd suggest that April Fool's begins on the first day of the Legislature and continues until adjournment. We could even dress the Legislative District 2 delegates in special jester clothing for the lengthy event. We still have a few more days of foolishness to endure from the Statehouse. But the end nears. Here's you Hump Day Wild Card ...
