Coeur d'Alene Police officers are in the area of Ramsey and Hanley Avenue searching for a male by the name of Charles Bartkowiak. Charles has 3 active warrants and is possibly suicidal. He was last seen on foot in that area. He is described as 6'0, 220 lbs, with a shaved head, wearing a gray T-shirt and camo pants. If anyone has any information on his whereabouts contact the Police Department at 208-769-2320. Lake City High School and Skyway Elementary have been placed into temporary lockdown as a precaution.
