  • 10:42 a.m. Noninjury crash b/n Toyota Matrix & semi reported @ e/b I-90/MP 13 (4th St/CdA), non-blocking.

  • 8:14 a.m. Troubled male reports hearing voices he can't describe @ 5200 block of Valhalla/Kidd Island Bay.
