18YO Hurt In H41 Crash With Semi

An 18YO Hauser woman was injured when she was hit by a logging truck after she failed to yield the right of way @ Highway 41 and E. Mullan Ave/Post Falls at 12:40 p.m. today. Nicole G. Farling was taken to Kootenai Medical Center after being extricated from her 2001 Subaru Forester. Farling was pulling out of a gas station at the intersection, attempting to make a southbound turn, when she was hit by a northbound semi driven by Brian R. Remillard, 41, of Spirit Lake. Remillard also struck a KIA Sedona driven by Phyllis Wellington, 68, of Liberty Lake. Neither Remillard or Wellington were injured in the accident that blocked the intersection for more than 90 minutes. All this, according to an ISP news release.
