Presidential candidate Sen. Rand Paul will visit Coeur d'Alene on Wednesday before three appearances in the Boise area the following day. He'll speak on his "Flat and Fair" income tax plan and possibly other topics during a 45-minute talk, from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. Wednesday at the Schuler Performing Arts Center at North Idaho College. There is no admission charge but Paul's campaign is requiring tickets be reserved here.
