Otter: Idaho to comply w/prison rape law

Lynch formally notifying her that Idaho will comply with the Prison Rape Elimination Act.  He says a recent review of the Act by members of the Idaho Criminal Justice Commission shows Idaho is now able to declare its intent seeking PREA compliance. “Idaho will continue to focus on a pro-active, transparent, and dynamic process of identifying the best methods to prevent sexual assault in prisons statewide,” Governor Otter’s letter says/Gov.
