During her daily litter patrol on Tubbs Hill, Walkabout photographed this collection of jettisoned syringes. She finds a lot of odd things while going above and beyond for our community.

  • 12:01 p.m. Driver of flatbed truck carrying vehicle can't change flat tire b/c truck is too close to H53/MP 1, Hauser.
  • 11:47 a.m. 911 dispatch receives hangup call from Coeur d'Alene Casino/Worley.
  • 11:40 a.m. ISP officer plans to check disabled, white Impala @ e/b I-90/MP 9 (Huetter area) when he turns around.
  • 11:07 a.m. During fight w/mother, 18YO male kicks dog across room @ 15th St/Timber Lane, CdA.
  • 10:39 a.m. Someone has been injured in fall @ UPS store, 1704 Golf Course Road/CdA.
  • 10:37 a.m. Undisclosed medical emergency @ 300 block of Emma Ave/Cda.
  • 10:14 a.m. Silent hold up alarm proves false @ Idaho Liquor Store, 9924 F St/Worley.
  • 10:13 p.m. Everything OK @ FBI regional HQ in Riverstone office complex, where 911 hangup call made.
  • 9:59 a.m. Office can't catch small, fast dog @ Meyer Road/Lofty Ridge St, Rathdrum.
  • 9:56 a.m. Minor vehicle accident report @ Peak Health & Fitness, 940 Ironwood Drive/CdA.
  • 9:36 a.m. ISP officer en route from freeway to Kootenai County Jail w/drunk driving suspect.
  • 9:02 a.m. Male in red sweat shirt is taking photos of apartments @ 2827 N Julia St/CdA.
  • 9:01 a.m. Officer checking on driver of Dodge Durango paked on I-90/H41, Post Falls, onramp.
  • 8:56 a.m. CPD officer en route to check welfare of someone @ 2200 block of E. Lakeside Ave/CdA.
  • 8:20 a.m. Officer stopping to help motorist of disabled vehicle @ e/b I-90/MP 40 (Shoshone Co line).
  • 8:13 a.m. PFPD officer would like investigation re: loose pills he found in vehicle.
