Horse Racing Regulator Lamb Quits
At the Idaho Statesman, Cynthia Sewell reports: The director of Idaho's horse racing regulatory agency no longer works for the state. Frank Lamb's retirement was announced Friday, just two days after the Statesman reported that he also has been working as a consultant for a Wyoming company that operates live, simulcast and instant horse racing. Teresa Baker, spokeswoman for Idaho State Police, confirmed Friday morning that Lamb's retirement is effective immediately. Lamb had said in August that he would retire this spring at the end of the current legislative session. But Baker said he would retire now instead. She wouldn't provide any additional details. More here.
Question: Why do you think Lamb retired?
